Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) have received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARADA, Uhlbergstr. 41, 91757 Treuchtlingen, Germany, e-mail: support@aradastudios.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g., individually printed T-shirts).
